What is our “Will”

What is our “Will”
It is our ability to develop, experience and satisfy the following without restraint;
Emotions, desires & passions
Intentions
Beliefs
Thoughts
And to make;
Choices and decisions
That result in actions that not only affect our own lives, but also the lives of others and our
environment
Why Was The Gift Of “Free Will” Given?
So that we can be free-thinking, feeling, sentient, self and environmentally aware beings
So that we must take full personal responsibility for our own lives and our own creations
So that we can experience love of all types, including God’s Love
Without free will, love would not be a feeling we could feel and express, since Love is a gift
given to others, and cannot be forced upon others
So that we can discover Truth
Without free will, truth would be forced upon us, without it being something that we could
experience the joy of discovering
So that we can experience ourselves
Without free will, we cannot be completely self-aware, and be completely self-responsible
So that we can choose our future
Without free will, our future would already be pre-determined, or fated by a higher power, or
by the universe itself
How & When Is It “Free”?
Will is completely “Free” on earth in that;
God does not:
Limit or restrain, or restrict our use of our Will while on earth
Place immediate restrictions that we notice while on earth
Move us to locations on earth that match the desires we have
Force us to be loving before we can enjoy better surroundings
God has:
Created Laws that cannot be broken without penalty or consequence
The consequence is imposed upon the soul as soon as the Law is broken
These consequences accumulate upon the soul, until we begin noticing them
Important Note:
All pain and suffering on earth, such as sickness, disease, accidents, and death are all results
of our own use of will, or someone else’s use of will, out of harmony with God’s Love
Will is relatively “Free” in the spirit world after you die in that;
God now:
Limits or restrains, or restricts our use of our Will (what you sow, you will reap)
Places immediate restrictions that we can see (so others in spirit cannot be damaged)
Moves us to locations in the spirit world that match the desires we have
Ensures that we must be loving before we can enjoy better surroundings
Ensures that the pain of unloving use of Will is more extreme
Waits for us to desire to pay for the consequences of our use of Will on earth Lessons In Love – Loving Use Of Free Will S1

God has still:
Laws in operation that cannot be broken without penalty or consequence
Consequence is imposed upon the soul as soon as the Law is broken
Consequences accumulate upon the soul, until we begin noticing them
Will is completely “Free” at all times and in all locations when;
We use our will in complete harmony with God’s Love and Laws
We make all choices and decisions in harmony with God’s Love and Laws
We have all emotions, feelings, intentions, thoughts, and desires in harmony with God’s Love
The Link Between Free Will and Personal Responsibility
The Ways We Give Away Our Will
Giving our “Will” to God, doing “God’s Will”
Giving our “Will” to others, doing the Will of others
Denying our own “Will” and assuming a state of “ignorance”
The Effects Of Giving Away Our Will
Doing “God’s Will” results in;
God does not accept a person’s assumption they are doing God’s Will
God does not take responsibility for our exercise of will out of harmony with God’s Love
God will not accept our desire to avoid our fear of taking complete personal responsibility
We are not honouring the gift when we attempt to give it straight back to God
Actually God’s Will is that we discover and use our will in harmony with His Love & Laws

Giving our “Will” to others, doing the Will of others results in;
All of the effects listed under doing “God’s Will” plus;
We are avoiding fears, and this brings with it pain in our life and the lives of others
We support others addictions, and so bear partial responsibility of what this creates
Outcomes for ourselves and others will be painful

Denying our own “Will” and assuming a state of “ignorance” results in;
All of the effects listed under both doing “God’s Will” and giving our will to others, plus;
Stagnation of our own development
Lack of knowledge and awareness of our own environment
Responsibility for everything we create by inaction that is out of harmony with Love
The Pain/Pleasure Relationship To The Exercise Of Will
Unloving Choices
Always results in pain and suffering in the short and long term
If we are insensitive emotionally, we will not feel the short term pain within our soul
When engaged in the longer term, will always result in suffering
When we arrive in the spirit world, there will be compensation needed to pay for the choices
When we arrive in the spirit world, our pain and suffering for unloving choices will increase
This can only be removed by compensation or repentance
Please note: This applies whether we were aware of the unloving choice or not. The pain
(immediate) and suffering (long term) gives us the feedback needed to see that we have made
unloving choices either individually or collectively
Loving Choices
Always result in pleasure and joy in the short and long term
If we are insensitive emotionally, we may not feel the short term pleasure
When engaged in the longer term, will always result in pleasure and joy
When we arrive in the spirit world, there will be rewards for the choices we made
When we arrive in the spirit world, our pleasure and joy will increase
There is no need for compensation or repentance
Please note: This applies whether we were aware of the loving choice or not. The pleasure
(immediate) and joy (long term) gives us the feedback needed to see that we have made
loving choices either individually or collectively
